The following General Terms and Conditions (hereafter called terms) are part of any Agreement.
Changes to these terms are valid only when confirmed in written form by F-air 4U Aviation Solutions / Inh. Felix Biermann.
1. General
All terms and conditions indicated in this document are to ensure that both parties, the F-air 4U Aviation Solutions and the Client, are treated with the utmost of courtesy and respect. We are pride ourselves in our personal and friendly service which we offer to our clients.
2. Prices
All prices offered are net. Any kind of omission is not included.
3. Terms of Payment
All payments shall be performed after the completion of the services offered by F-air 4U.

If the payment is done by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), a supplement of 3% of the total amount will apply.
4. Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees will only be charged, if F-air 4U has already started to work on the project for the client. The amount depends on the time already spend fulfilling the clients project:
1 day: 20% of the total amount
2 days: 30% of the total amount
3 days: 40% of the total amount
> 4 days: 50% of the total amount
5. Severability
Should any one or more clauses of these terms be found to be illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining clauses shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
